There are times in which to get better, you might need focused care or advanced treatments requiring hospitalization.

Inpatient Services

At our hospital, you will surely receive the care needed to assist you or your loved one reach a speedy recovery. We strive to exceed the expectations of our patients, families and the community.

Situations in which you might need to be admitted to the hospital are:

  • Re-hydration therapy
  • Surgery recovery

Nursing Staff

Our nursing department is staffed with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurses Aides. Nurses manage most of your ongoing care and treatment while you are hospitalized. Our nurses provide quality care in a warm, supportive and caring manner, so your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

Meals & Dietary Services

Dietary services at La Loma Luz Hospital is not typical hospital food. All your meals are prepared according to physician orders.  The dietary department prepares all our dishes to conform to your particular dietary requirement.

Patient Rooms

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. All our rooms have two beds. This allows for one person to keep you company and also be comfortable. The beds are adjustable, comfortable, and each bed has access to oxygen supply and a nurse call button among other provisions.

 

For your convenience we have two types of rooms available, private and regular rooms. During the admission process you can choose which type of room you would prefer. In the following section you can find a comparison between both patient room types.

Deposits

A deposit is required from all self-paying patients before they can be hospitalized. We provide urgent care and stabilize all emergency cases without requiring a deposit. However, if a patient requires hospitalization once he or she is stabilized, we give them the option of staying and paying hospital fees and the required deposit, or being transferred to a public hospital.
